Practical location, well furnished room. Impeccable service, friendly and helpful staff. Delicious dishes, excellent value for money. Attention to detail and typical quality recipes. Highly recommended! Fantastic starters and desserts, it felt like they were homemade.

Location to be renovated, a little 80s. On the other hand, an excellent cuisine, exceptional the beef cheek with Valpolicella. Wide choice of delicious pastry desserts. Welcoming staff!

Service was very bad! The waiter was unfriendly and we did not feel very welcome. They cleaned our table while my sister was eating. The antipasti arrived after our main dishes. They gave us bread, but no oil or salt so we had to eat it without any dip or something. Main dishes were okay, but not worth the price. I cannot recommend.

Not being a local, I was looking for a trattoria that didn't drain my wallet for a quick but quality lunch. Osteria Da Ugo was the choice because it is the closest on foot to Juliet's House. After a very short wait the very kind staff serve us a dish never eaten before, ricotta gnocchi, pumpkin and mint in tastasal, in one word the dish was PHENOMENAL, of the right quantity and at the price it deserves considering the strategic position, the high quality of the place, of the furnishings (of the trattoria there is only the name, it has absolutely nothing to envy to the famous restaurants) but above all, I repeat, of the quality, quantity and goodness of the dishes served. Finally, a great variety of excellent homemade desserts from a family-run patisserie always belonging to the tavern. The vote 10 is well deserved, I strongly recommend everyone to taste the delicacies that Ugo produces and if I ever return to Verona, a stop there will be mandatory.

A place where you can breathe the typical atmosphere of the places and local flavors. Attentive staff. Relaxing.

Excellent response: table of 14. Very willing to reserve and modify the reservation. Fast, kind and really nice and friendly service. Enough wine list, menu that puts you in difficulty for the many beautiful courses, excellent omelette with truffles and Monte Veronese! Very generous courses. We appreciated the caress in the final bill. Recommended.

All perfect! From the reception to the location and finally delicious dishes. I got macaroni with rabbit and beef fillet (very good perfect meat). Impeccable service, very courteous and well-trained waiters. Recommended.

We ate outside and got bitten but was my favourite food of the holiday. Stuffed courgettes for Jenny to start and cheese plate for me which was a meal in itself and about 7 different cheeses. The truffle omelette my wife said was the nicest she has ever had whilst I had the liver and onions with polenta chips, the first time I have ever had polenta that was tasty. The desserts are not on the menu but on viewing in the cabinet the waitress offered a small portion of 2 different ones which went down a treat. The limoncello offered at the end was very warming. A definite to return to next time we are in Verona

Very good address, very pleasant setting with a very cute courtyard garden. Very good tasty dishes with well chosen ingredients, a selection of excellent wines by the glass and by the bottle. Finally a very friendly service, all for a reasonable price.

Classy place but I would definitely recommend going to eat from another place. I ordered a bland mushroom pasta and it looked like they had put a pound of butter in it. Instead of taking criticisms badly, take them to try to perfect .... today I tried other restaurants around Verona and I assure you there are hundreds better than this one. Maybe it was the dish I chose not so good but I was really disappointed.

Fantastic hidden place , not touristic at all, with a beautiful internal garden terrace. Food great, service is super attentive. First time in my life wobbling table has been fixed before we actually realized there was an issue and complained. Highly recommended

Everything was from fresh and good quality products. Very well cooked and tasty (even simple steamed vegetables). The terrace in the back is calm and pleasant. Good service.

Nice restaurant in the center of Verona, air conditioned, has two rooms on the floor and a terrace in the center of an ancient courtyard, a third room on the lower floor. Excellent Venetian character cuisine, but not only. Well-kept dishes, excellent service, such as the choice of wines. Attentive and kind staff. Prices in the right considering the quality of the raw materials used.

Beautiful location with a shady and cool place outside. Ate a spectacular, very soft beef tenderloin that melted in the mouth. Very courteous waiter, they also brought us an appetizer of cold cuts offered. Excellent vintage wine cellar

I went for lunch with friends ... the tavern is a few meters from San Fermo and a few steps from the center of Verona ... I must admit that the food was of excellent quality starting from the appetizers to the desserts ... restaurant is welcoming and clean and the service very fast and precise, with courteous and young staff ... Excellent restaurant in the center of Verona, with a wide selection of both Veronese and modern dishes. The premises are very large and the space between the tables is just not to be annoying the neighbors. The presentation of the dishes is excellent and even if we are in the center it is not touristy

I ordered the beef in amarone sauce. The flavour was average and the meat was really cold inside. The food is not freshly cooked. I recommend to avoid this restaurant, better options nearby at same price point.

Terrible attendance. I was never treated this way in any restaurant in Italy. It was a Christmas dinner (2019). I went with my family in this restaurant. First point is that we reserved a table, and instead of positioning us well, they put us downstairs, which looked like a basement. What ruined the night was definitely the waiter. As soon as we arrived, he wanted us to order the main dishes. We said we didn't want, so we could start with drinks, starters and so on, and he said he had to speed up because there were"lots of people to attend to". Simply ridiculous, I do not recommend it to anyone. ========================================= Pessimo atendimento. Nunca fui tratado dessa maneira em nenhum restaurante da Italia. Se tratava de um jantar de natal. Fui com minha familia nesse restaurante. Primeiro ponto que reservamos uma mesa, e ao inves de nos posicionarem bem, colocaram a gente na parte debaixo, que parecia tipo um porao. O que estragou a noite definitivamente foi o garcom. Mal chegamos, ele queria que ja pedissemos os pratos principais. Dissemos que nao queriamos, pra comecar com bebidas, entradas e etc, e ele respondeu que tinha que agilizar, por ter "muitas pessoas pra atender". Simplesmente ridiculo, nao recomendo pra absolutamente ninguem.

Chapeau. Love at first fork. Remarkable discovery, welcoming and typical location, well furnished. Service with human times, very professional. The menu is very interesting, both meat and fish. With my partner we did a full immersion in cod and it was worth it. Amazing the sweet. The Osteria da Ugo will become our culinary reference point in Verona.

Great menu choices, well-tended traditional dishes and very good. Very nice, traditional, simple and orderly place. The service was excellent, they gave us excellent advice on the wines they really have a great and wide availability. At the beginning of the meal a very tasty entree is offered. And our waitress Linda was very kind, very nice and professional at the same time! Thanks to her, our evening had that extra something. I will gladly return.

Delicious food a little off the beaten track. Sat outside in the covered courtyard. Duck Ragu, clam linguini and lamb chops all delicious. Lovely selection of puddings and extensive wine list of local and other options. Welcoming service and a very lovely evening.

Affordable price for location and location. The service is nice and the food is very good. Their salad with mozza is excellent. We ate the tuna tartare which was delicious and the bigolo's specialty of the town with duck and truffle. The setting is nice, we could eat outside despite a thunderstorm so it's great!

I went to this inn to have dinner with my girlfriend. We took the tasting menu with the wine included. The price was 50 euros each. We personally ate very well and the pairings with the wines were just right. All good food, especially the Iberian suckling pig. The desserts are handmade and there is really an embarrassment of choice. I did not give five stars because of the service, I state that the waitresses are very kind and extremely available but when they brought us wine there was one that explained the origin and other attached details, while the other waitress came and poured it for you leave without smashing a word. I will definitely go back and taste the fish tasting menu this time.

So glad I met this local girl, Marta who recommended this fine gem. Love the ambience and the food. I got myself a porkchop, which comes with grilled potatoes and onions. While my wife got the ham-stuffed tagliatelle. And for dessert we shared tiramisu. The staff were very polite and helpful. Choices of menu and cake were aplenty. Would definately come back if I were to come to Verona.

Excellent food and great atmosphere

Magnificent area

In the historical center of Verona. Very nice environment. Kind and efficient and ate well even if we were in more than 100 (social meeting dinner doctor). Especially the lasagne with radicchio and desserts. Remioto is remarkable. I really think I'll be back for a "normal" dinner.

Tons of tables left. Waiter tells me all booked. Nice intro to this city
